Have you never been much of a runner, but wanted to learn how to run? Are you in bad shape, without a running partner or not sure how to take full advantage of running?
This is the course for you!
We focus on correct technique so you can learn how to prevent damage and take full advantage when exercising! We start off nice and easy to get every participant on board. Each session lasts ca. 1 hour. You will learn the right technique for warming up, stretching, different strengthening exercises for runners, intervalls, up- and downhill running and competitive running. Let us know if you're unsure about your running gear before the course, and we will help you out!
After this course you will be able to attend a 5km-run!
